VIBROCONTROL 1000
The VIBROCONTROL 1000 family, is used when single-channel monitoring is sufficient to protect a machine.

VIBROCONTROL 1000 Series C
Monitors vibrations of the machine or bearing housings.
Electro-dynamic vibration sensors are used, mounted either horizontally, vertically, or axially to provide the vibration signals.
- RMS value of vibration velocity
- Peak value of vibration displacement
Sensor: Vibration velocity sensor (e.g. VS-068)
VIBROCONTROL 1000 Series R
Monitors the vibrations of the shaft relative to the bearing.
The signals are provided by two non-contacting sensors mounted in the same radial plane at 90º to each other.
Measurement parameter:
- Smax acc. to DIN ISO 7919
- MAX (x,y) acc. to API 670
Sensors: 2 (x and y) non-contacting type (SD-05x or IN-08x)
Monitors the axial position of the shaft. The signal is provided by a single non-contacting sensor.
Measurement parameter:
- Static axial position relative to a pre-selected position
Sensor: 1 non-contacting displacement sensor (SD-xxx or IN-08x Series)
VIBROCONTROL 950 / 960:
- Single-channel machine protection units for case vibration monitoring.
- Accelerometers CCS* (VIBROCONTROL 950) or velocity sensors (VIBROCONTROL 960) can be connected.
- DIN rail mounting in machine cabinets or in optional field housings.
VIBROCONTROL 1500:
Protection of two bearings of rolling element bearing machines by monitoring of up to six machine condition parameters: absolute casing vibration, rolling element bearing condition and temperature with just two accelerometers using integrated temperature sensors.
- Input: Two accelerometers (CCS*) with integrated temperature elements (AS-062T1)
- Measurement: Casing vibration overall values in mm/s rms according to ISO 10816; bearing condition unit, temperature
- Two alarm and danger limit (shutdown) relays
- Frequency analysis of casing vibration
