JCW2 is a compact mass measurement-type blender with high measurement precision.

This automatically controlled device keeps the blender at its best performance level at all times. Even when there is a change in material, this device automatically detects and alters the measurement conditions to accommodate the new material.

Adhering powder can be easily swept down to the bottom of the hopper, from which remaining materials can be completely removed. The hopper and screw can easily be removed, thus making cleaning up easier.

The intelligent controller learns the customers usage conditions and optimizes operations to minimize material use at all times.
” iplas ” is the name for group of intelligent products with Self-Decision Making capability which Matsui developed.Our merchandise with ” iplas ” makes self-assessment based on the usage of customer and applies most energy efficient mode to it.As this product controls itself by circumstances i.e. Full capacity production, Minimum mode production or temporarily holding of production, customer could save a huge amount of energy and resources comparing to the current products. (Maximum energy saving comparing to the current product could be up to 70 %.)

Discharge after weight measurement of all supply units.
A weight subtraction type synchronized blending system that can be used as a “Loss Inn Unit” or “Batch Blender”. Mixing drum is not required and blending ratio can be pre-registered.

As mixing drum is not required, it eliminates the separation of materials due to differences in weight and static electricity. It also prevents change of material quality due to heat from abrasion.
Upon setting volume of one batch as the volume of one shot of molding machine, the precision of blending can be remarkably enhanced.(1 shot approach) -

The supplying hopper and measuring hopper are combined into one unit and as there is no mixing part, the height of equipment remains low.

Ratio of measuring data of various materials becomes data of mixing result , making it possible to compare product quality with blending ratio of materials.
