DJUSTABLE RELIEF VALVE | TYPE ARVT

Installation and adjustment procedure
• Valves have ½” BSPT thread on inlet (male) and outlet (female). Easy installation with appropriate thread sealant. Flow arrow is clearly indicated on the bronze body.
• Each valve arrives with a sealed calibration on 185 PSI. If this is the desired relief pressure, do not turn the cap (N°10) & screw (N°9).
• Setting another relieve pressure is possible by turning the adjustment cap (N°10) with a wrench. Finetuning is done by turning the inner hexagon adjustment screw (N°9) . Turn clockwise for higher pressure, turn anti-clockwise for lower pressure.
• The visual pressure lines on the stem of the adjustment cap are approximate and for reference only, accurate setting needs a pressure gauge connected.
• After setting , the valve will open within +/- 5 % of the set pressure and close at about 90 % or more of the set pressure.

– 12 Bar/175 PSI
– 12,8 Bar/185 PSI
– 17,2 Bar/250 PSI
– 21,4 Bar/310 PSI
